Options
4. From the
Out of Office Assistant window, select the radio button next to I am
currently Out of the Office.

5. Next
type in a message that you would like email senders to receive
upon sending you an email message. This message can be as long as you
like.

Add Rule
6. If you would
like to use the advanced features of the Out of Office Assistant, select
Add Rule.

7. The Edit
Rule window provides options for you to use for a more detailed response
to your senders. Some of these options may not be available.

8. Once you
have completed your auto-reply message, select OK.

To
test your AutoReply, send yourself a test email message. You will find
that you receive your very own autoreply in your email inbox.
To
turn off AutoReply, simply open up your Out of Office Assistant and select
the radio button next to I am currently in the Office. You can save your
AutoReply for future use.
