Google recently began adding a new criteria for placement ranking priority in the search engine. Not surprisingly, what is old is new again. Page load time is now a strong factor in Google Page Rank.

Google has added a new Firefox fox extension that builds on the FireBug architecture. It is called Page Speed. It does one thing: measure your page load time and inform you of possible culprits causing slower load times.
