We have all the necessary information to assist you in getting started with your e-Web Hosting Administration Control Panel, e-mail configuration, and file transfer of your Web files.

To create a Technical Support Request Ticket, you will need to be logged into your Web Hosting Control Panel.

When you signed up, for your new WEB HOSTING ACCOUNT you received a welcome e-mail that contained important information about your new server. The Web Server Administrative CONTROL PANEL is the nerve center of your new server. You control everything there. Please review the information in this HELP SECTION before contacting our tech support staff. When we respond to your questions, we will assume you have read the information in this section.

How to submit a Support Ticket for Help or To Cancel Your Hosting Account

To create a Technical Support Request Ticket, you will need to be logged into your Web Hosting Control Panel.

Once logged into your control panel, please look for the icons below to open, a new Trouble Ticket, or to reply to an existing Ticket.

Sometimes things change. We never like to see a customer go, but business decisions may demand it. If you decide you need to close your web hosting account with JF Designs, please go to your Web Hosting Control Panel, and submit a Trouble Ticket, and make the cancellation request in your message. We will close the account promptly.

We cannot offer any refunds for pre-purchased hosting services.


Support Ticket

The Ticket Center Icon in your Control Panel is where you can review any open Support Request Ticktes that you have created.


New Trouble Ticket

The New Trouble Ticket Icon in your Control Panel is where you can open a New Trouble Ticket. Please detail the issues as clearly as possible.


Knowledge Base

The Knowledgebase Icon in your Control Panel is where you can review related information to your problem. But the Help System provides more in depth assistance.
